Financial Policy

In an effort to keep dental costs down, while maintaining a high level of professional care, we ask that you take care of your fees and co-payments at the time of treatment. We offer the following payment options:

  • 5% Courtesy Fee Reduction for Payment in Full with Cash or Check at Time of Service
  • 3% Courtesy Fee Reduction for Full Payment with Visa® or MasterCard® at Time of Service
  • 7% (Total) Senior Discount Payment in Full at Time of Service

For your convenience, we gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, cash or personal check.

If an appointment has to be changed, please give us as much notice as possible so that someone else may use your time. To avoid charging you $25 for a broken appointment, we require a notice of at least 24 business hours. In the event of an emergency, we will make every effort to accommodate you as soon as possible.
